Once you download this app to your device and access it, you have five primary options such as Device List, Guest Access, Parental Control, Media Prioritization, and Router Settings.Find below, the features of the Connect Cloud app from Cisco:

·         Device List:

With this option, you can easily access your home network and monitor the connection status of all your devices. Moreover, if you have any of the EA series Linksys routers, you can access the router from this app and configure it. And to top it all off, you can personalize device names and icons, connect USB printers, and other wireless devices to your network.

·         Guest Access:

This option allows you to create separate Internet access accounts for up to 50 guests, while protecting your network files with the Guest Access widget.

·         Parental Control:

The Parental Control option allows you to limit the internet access to the devices, and block certain websites for specific devices.

·         Media Prioritization:

You can customize and utilize the settings feature provided with this widget. Moreover you can also add many applications and specify the bandwidth for those applications.

·         Other Features:

There is a tab which allows you to set up a router with a Static IP address. You can also configure MTU settings and DHCP reservation settings on your EA series Linksys router. Test the speed of your broadband internet connection, while viewing upload and download speeds separately. You can diagnose connectivity issues, troubleshoot connection failures, and track the status of your router.
